- We begin with a thorough discussion of client requirements, as well as a study of their management style and corporate culture. A complete understanding of our client’s business is a start-off point that can produce failure or success. This discussion is consultative in nature, with H.I.R.E. advising client on what to expect in the search process.
- We identify potential markets from which the candidates can be tapped. This task is not as easy as it seems. Many times in the past, we have identified possible markets completely different from the industry in which a client belongs.
- After identifying potential markets, we conduct a name search. Potential candidates are identified by tapping into our network encompassing 30 cumulative years of experience and our databank of 15,000—and growing—names across industries, functions and geography, from manager level and up.
- Initial contact is thereafter made to determine the exact status of the potential candidate and his or her level of interest in changing jobs.
- Screening begins. H.I.R.E. does a thorough and in-depth assessment and interview of pre-qualified candidates. It is during these encounters with candidates that the potential fit with the client company is scrutinized. Probing but always professional questions are asked, and telltale or warning signals are spotted and divulged to client at the appropriate time.
