1. Client Requirements
We begin with a thorough discussion of client requirements as well as a study of their management style and corporate culture. A complete understanding of our client’s business is a start off point that can produce failure or success. This discussion is consultative in nature.
2. Potential Targets
We identify potential targets from which the talents can be tapped ensuring that they belong to, or if not, come from a related industry.
Potential candidates are identified by tapping into our decades of experience, a data bank of 20,000 names - and still growing - across various industries, functions and geography, from manager to executive levels.
4. Initial Contact
We determine the exact career status of a potential candidate and his level of interest in exploring a new job opportunity.
H.I.R.E. does a thorough and in-depth assessment and interview of pre-qualified candidates.
Potential fit with the client company is scrutinized.
Probing, but always essential questions are asked, and telltale or warning signs are spotted and divulged to a client at the appropriate time.
Each shortlisted candidate is accompanied by an assessment write-up, which will for example, include a candidate’s motivation for exploring a new job, management style, core competencies and track record.
7. Client Interviews
With H.I.R.E. coordinating interview schedules, client interviews with the candidates are kept in strictest confidence and according to the client’s timelines.
8. Negotiations Towards Successful Placement
H.I.R.E. is actively involved in negotiations towards successful hiring. This is a very critical stage where handling of the final job offer by the recruiter can make or break the deal. H.I.R.E. works to have both parties arrive at a meeting of their minds.
