11. HR PARTNER FOR COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

JOB CODE: CBA

CLIENT: Our client is one of the leading multinational pharmaceutical companies in the world.

JOB: As HR Partner, the candidate will be handling compensation planning, compensation administration, employee relations and services for one of the company’s business unit.

QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate, male or female, must be in his/her early to mid 30’s with a minimum of 3 years experience in C&B if currently an HR Generalist or a minimum of 5 years experience if C&B Specialist. He has to have effective communication and presentation skills and must have worked in a MNC environment.


12. AVP, REAL PROPERTY DIVISION

JOB CODE: IRP

CLIENT: Our client is a major financial institution owning several prime real properties nationwide, both for its use and lease.

JOB: The candidate will monitor building operations, conduct regular inspection and oversee implementation of preventive maintenance/ repairs of facilities in all company properties nationwide. Responsibilities also include evaluation of insurance coverage of all company real properties, processing of transfer TCTs for acquired properties and administration of agency contacts for all properties, as well as leasing operations.

QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate is a male, 40 – 47 years old, a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer. He must have at least 10 years experience in maintenance, facilities & property management of office buildings. Effective presentation and communication skills are a plus.


13. AVP, SPECIAL PROJECTS

JOB: The candidate will be responsible for providing vital recommendations to senior management on new business opportunities based on his skillful management of feasibility studies, investment management and financial modeling.

QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate, male or female, is in his late 30’s with a Business Management, Economics, Engineering degree and preferably with an MBA. He/she should at least have 5 years experience in corporate planning for small to large local or regional conglomerates. A preference in different computer software languages is an advantage.


14. FINANCIAL MANAGER FOR REPORTING

JOB: The candidate will handle the consolidation of financial statements and reports ensuring complete, accurate, timely and incisive financial reporting and analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate, male or female, is likely to be in their mid-to late 30’s. A CPA, and preferably familiar with Hyperion. Experience in any multinational corporation is an advantage regardless of the industry.


15. NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

JOB: The candidate will be in charge of starting up a strong customer development organization. He/ she must be proven leader with a positive and winning attitude who is capable of building and sustaining his/her start-up team.

QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate, male or female, is likely in his/her late 30’s to early 40’s with a minimum of 8-10 years experience in an managerial level for traditional or general trade from an FMCG, preferred in food and beverages.


16. FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

JOB CODE: FCC

CLIENT: Our client is an international producer and provider of varied commodities as well as an international trader also engaged in financial services.

JOB: The candidate will supervise timely and accurate financial reporting by his/her team. He/ she will be responsible for maintaining internal controls, overseeing cost accounting and tax issues, financial planning, cash management for a particular business unit in the subsidiary.

QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate, male or female, a CPA, must have worked for at least 5 - 6 years in a multinational corporation. Familiarity with GAAP, SOX are expected. Potentials for higher responsibilities will be a basis for hiring.


17. BUSINESS UNIT HEAD FOR PHARMA (ETHICALS)

JOB: The candidate will lead a team of Product Managers, District Sales Managers and Sales Representatives in promoting their products to specialists and to hospitals to ensure sales growth of highly specialized class of products.

QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate, male or female, must be in his/her mid-30s to early 40s. He/ she must have at least 5 years managerial/ unit head experience in both sales and marketing of pharma ethical or nutritionals. He/she must have effective communication skills and quick grasp of the medical/ product principles and strategies.


18. KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER

JOB: The candidate will manage trade transactions on special deals, discounts, etc. He will build strong relationships with key accounts or the top 5 drugstore chains like Mercury Drug, Watsons, etc. He will also standardize operating procedure, business terms, leading to the eventual establishment of the commercial department.

QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate, male or female, must be in his/her 30’s. He/ she must have a minimum of 10 years’ total work experience in Sales specially trade marketing management for key accounts. Work experience in a pharmaceutical company is a must.


19. VP FOR INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS

CLIENT: Our client is a global specialist in energy management.

JOB: The candidate will handle direct sales of OEM & System Integrators. Must be able to manage and drive P & L with sales growth and profitability. Responsible for managing sales and profitability of the Industry business in the Philippines. In charge of supporting Project Execution, Marketing Director, Finance, HR, Services and Marketing Communication.

QUALIFICATIONS: Male or Female, late 30’s to 40’s, with 10+ years experience in sustaining systems, energy systems, IT products, construction materials, and electro-mechanical systems. Degree in Electrical Engineer or Electronics & Communications Engineer. Previous experience as a P&L Manager and has great negotiation skills. Effective at building networks, internally and externally and able to demonstrate strong personal leadership skills.
