It was established in January 1991 as a Philippine-based executive recruitment company specializing in search work, also known as headhunting. H.I.R.E. was conceived with the idea of addressing the needs of discriminating clients who expect a more aggressive sourcing of candidates and personalized handling of requirements. Its founder, Babes Tengtio-Guevara, is considered a pioneer of executive recruitment in the country and remains an active headhunter for H.I.R.E. She is joined by other experienced recruiters who, altogether, have 30 cumulative years of experience. We offer personalized and dedicated service to an account, as if it were the only one. Our senior consultants are directly involved, and whoever handles the assignment is sure to be there at the point of discussion.
